In South Florida, damaged drywall is usually a symptom. Stained or soft board means water arrived from somewhere — a roof, a window, a leaking supply line, or condensation from an air handler. Patching over that hides the evidence and the same patch fails again in a season.

  • We tell you what we see behind the board, honestly, before closing it up
  • If the source is still active, it gets fixed first — by whoever handles that trade
  • Stains get sealed with a stain-blocking primer so they don't bleed through the new paint
  • Then we repair, finish and paint, and it stays repaired

Can you match my existing wall texture?
In most cases yes. Matching texture is its own skill — knockdown, orange peel and smooth all behave differently — and it's the difference between a repair you can't find and one you notice every time you walk past.
My ceiling has a water stain. Can you just paint over it?
Not straight over it. Water stains bleed through ordinary paint, sometimes weeks later. They need a stain-blocking primer first. More importantly, a stain means water came from somewhere — if that source is still active, the repair will fail again, so we look before we cover.
How much does drywall repair cost?
It depends on the size of the damage, how many areas there are, whether texture needs matching and whether painting is included. We quote in writing after a free walkthrough, and new customers currently get 20% off.
How long does a repair take?
Small patches are often a day, but joint compound needs drying time between coats, so a larger repair typically runs two to three days including sanding and paint. Humidity affects that, and we plan around it rather than rushing a coat.
Do you do full drywall installation, not just patches?
Yes. We've hung drywall over bare concrete block with furring strips and finished whole rooms from the framing out, including ceilings.
Do you paint after the repair?
That's the point. A repair isn't finished until it's primed, painted and invisible. We can paint the repaired area or the whole room, whichever gives you an even result — on a wall that hasn't been painted in years, the whole wall is usually the honest answer.
